What we collect

When you request the demo we ask for your name, work email, company, role and, optionally, a note about your conference. We also record the time of the request, a hashed form of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and any campaign parameters in the link you used.

Why we collect it

To give you access to the demo portal and to follow up about Conference Insights. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we use

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used.

Retention and your rights

We keep demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up, and delete them on request. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you.
